Yaaaaaaaaaaay
So everyone's posting and every sounds normal again~
Geena- I'm glad your back... It's good to hear your happiness again!
Kingston- I missed my fellow Braintreeian(?)
M.E.- I hope you feel better
Amy- I can feel your prescene in the Eastern coast! And I sound different?
And <3 to everyone I'm just kind of spacey right now
So I'm mad...
Every year the high school band picks wind players for the high school orchestra. I've been playing in it since I was in 6th grade which isn't too easy because there's only 2 spots... So suprise I was first flute this year and this 11th grade ugly girl with blue hair (the kind that ALWAYS tells you to shut up in class when you ask her to pass a tissue or something)
So I was like ok lets be friendly and amiable... And when we started doing scales (in this weird way the orchestra instructor thought of) I tried to tell her the sequence of it because it's not just a normal scale. And I said it in a way that wasn't snobby or anything
But she just WHIPS around and starts yelling at me about how she totally knows it and I shouldn't say anything because I'm a freshman...
So of course, she played the scale wrong and I got in trouble for not telling her how to do it... And NOT to sound prissy but I was mad!
But I let it go...
Then during the pieces she was really out of tune so I offered to tune together so we could sound decent
And again... the dirty look accompanied by a short speech about how I'm worse than she is and she can tune herself and that I have no right to tell her waht to do
And she's out of tune... And the orchestra instructor stops in the middle to tell me flutes are really out of tune and that it's my responsibility to tune us... So again this is kinda of unjust for me (I know i sound self absored but try to imagine this situation when all I'm trying to do is help)
And so orchestra was hell cuz she was playing the wrong notes/really out of tune
So before she left I told her that she had no right to talk to me like that when I was only trying to help and that in fact I didn't think I was better than her in the beginning but after that rehearsal I told her that I KNEW i was better than her not only in flute but as a persron because I would not treat a random person I don't even know all too well like that
So she went to the instructor and told her I had an "attitude problem" but the instructor knew me so when she heard my side of the story she kicked the other girl out (HAH!) But that 11th grade girl went around and told her friends that I was a little brat (she doesn't have too many friends) But I really don't care what a couple 11th graders think of me... I'm just appalled that there are ppl like her in this world...

People like that are evil and nice people like us should not have to put up with them.
