subject i have no idea what my subject is

hi guys. i am so tired and i just noticed that less than half of everyone has switched to new blogger and updates are going slow so i feel like i shouldn't post a ton because i'd be talking to myself again like in the summer. :P

anyway today i got 2 office detentions! yesterday in music class we had a sub named mr. moore and he took everyone from the music room into the computer lab, and he told me and my friend ali to stay behind and tell the late people to go to the computer lab, so we did and then we went to the bathroom and maybe we were dawdling too much or something because we got back 10 minutes late, and now today the assistant principal read his report which said that we were "15-20 minutes late to class," and we told her that wasn't true and stuff but she just goes "WELL, you are not in a position of power right now miss chen!!!" and then ironically she yelled at us for so long that we were both ten minutes late again to first period. :P but anyway she told us that technically we "cut class" and we could be suspended, except since i kind of got mad and told her it really wasn't as severe and exaggerated as mr. moore made it out to be she only gave us office detentions. =) (but, then she got mad at me for "giving her attitude and being fresh" ugh) so i guess you could say i am happy. but geez the assistant principal is INTIMIDATING. the whole situation was kind of stupid but i feel so powerless when she talks to me, it scares me! anyway this reminded me of rae's story about how her friend wanted to cut class & get detentions because i "technically" cut class and i got 2 detentions, lol.

secondly even though i got the youth & service course for cty my mom switched me over to a math one. i think it's the individually paced one, and of course my first though was "......!!?!?!?!?!?!? :o !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!whywhywhy" because seriously, MATH for 7 hrs a day with possibly people who actually enjoy math a ton!! and i freaked out but then i remembered that i kind of do need serious math make-up. remember my post from like september where i failed out of my chinese school algebra class and had to be moved down? i got a 4/15 for my score, and that class was filled with chinese kids my age. so, while i am the top average in my normal class, compared to the more educated non-bedford people i am far behind and this upsets my mom apparently. i did argue for a bit but i get where she's coming from that writing is in my comfort zone and math isn't so that's why i should try it blahdiblah.. so i guess i'm going to saratoga. i'm kind of nervous that there will be like one other person in my class and he/she will be either really creepy or so unbelievably nerdy that he/she won't want to waste time talking at all. ahhhh!

oh and there's a thirdly that i forgot: i almost set the house on fire. but i didn't so it's not such an amazing story, but basically i was baking and didn't see this one cookie sheet that was on the bottom of the oven, so i didn't take it out and after 20 or so minutes the thing started melting and smoke was coming out of the oven like crazy and i was in the shower so i didn't see or hear anything, but my dad and albert were totally freaking out and thought they might have to call 911. i got out of the shower and they were still completely spazzing so i guess i had to kind of be there because i just thought "um ok big deal" hehe. lol that is my story and i'll go now. :D all of you update! i miss you. =)
