My cat is currently sitting on my lap being adorable!!!

Hey everyone!!!

Okay, so does anyone here watch the show Dexter on Showtime?!?! IT'S SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's about this guy named Dexter and he's a forensic blood analysist, so he works with all of these serial killers, but he IS a serial killer and the season finally was this Sunday and it was the best show in the entire universe and I can't wait until next season or until this one comes out on DVD, whichever comes first. Plus, the guy who plays Dexter is HOT. Go to sho.com and click on the Dexter link for more info.

Blabity blah anyways, my teachers are sucky too. My social studies teacher is forever lecturing us about what a disappointment we are, my math teacher hits people over the head with books, in science yesterday my teacher made us dissect a worm and it was the most disgusting thing in my entire life and I came soooooooo close to throwing up, my English teacher treats us like fifth graders and is obsessed with her sixth grade math class (quote: "My sixth graders, they warm my heart.") and she lets them make a mess of the classroom and I'm in her homeroom so she makes us clean it all up, and my religion teacher doesn't really do much of anything. School is sucky.

More fun stuff: CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!!! What's everyone doing for the holidays? My Grandparents and my dad's girlfriend are coming to my house for Christmas Eve and then Christmas day I'm going to my cousin's house which is fun because my cousin is 18 and a dancer so we just go into her room and listen to music all day. I'm SOOOOOO overloaded in the ways of present making (I make pretty much all of my presents). The only one I've completed is the one for my dance teacher because I'm going to see her tomorrow and we're having a Christmas party at dance (dark blue beaded bracelets. came out gorgeous if I do say so myself). So I have loads to do. I'm mailing my secret santa present tonight. I think my person is REALLY gonna like it.

So I had a great birthday. Despite my school Christmas concert being on the same night. The Saturday before I had a sleepover with a few friends from school and we didn't go to sleep until 5 am but then we had to get up at like 8 because one of my friends had a dance class to go to and I had to go to this play my dad's friend was producing out in QUEENS so I spent an hour and a half in the backseat of the car with my grandmother on the Gowanus expressway in bumper to bumper traffic. The show was pretty good though. It's called Tim and Scrooge and it's a sequal to a Christmas Carol. The guy who played Tim was actually kinda hot (google images Bobby Steggart to see a picture. better looking in person.) Okay I sound really shallow becaue this is the second hot guy I have mentioned in this post. Don't worry I'm not obsessed or anything.

Did I mention I don't feel so well? I've got this lousy cold with a sore throat and the runny nose and all that kind of stuff. It's not fun. And I can't hear out of my right ear becaue I've got water or something stuck in it and it's pretty much clogged and I can't figure out how to get it out.

Book news: Can anyone reccomend a good historical fiction book? That's the next genre I have to do for my monthly book report. I just did a bio of Audrey Hepburn, but I didn't exactly finish the book but I was still able to do the project anyway. And before that I read the Catcher in the Rye. BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!! I LOVED IT!!!!!! All of you HAVE to read it.

Anyways. Hope to hear from you soon!!

M.E.

P.S. Happy Hannukah Sarah!!!

P.P.S. Angie- did you ever get the ecard I sent you for your birthday? I sent it December 1st, but I didn't get the confirmation email saying you'd opened it.

ooh it's a good idea to make your presents. =) because when you buy, even if they're super cheap things they all add up and they're pretty expensive. :P

wait who's tigger. the book is called 1984 and i have heard it is good but it's super hard to read apparently (like just the way it's written) but it is also supposed to make you a more experienced mature reader. =)

I read the first page of Robinson Crusoe and was instantly bored out of my mind.

I was thinking of Little Women, but it was like, 600 pages and I don't have enough time to read a 600 page book.
